This is a substitution application filed within time with a prayer to
substitute heirs of respondent no.2 who is reported to be dead.

Office report dated 21.7.2010 shows that neither undelivered cover
nor acknowledgement has been received back after service.
Service is deemed to be sufficient under Chapter XIII Rule 12
Explanation 2 of High Court Rules. Substitution application is
allowed.

Let name of respondent no.2 be deleted and in his place, his heirs
be substituted as respondent nos. 2/1 to 2/4 in the array of parties.

Necessary correction be carried out in the array of parties.
