The petitioner has submitted his application for Special B.T.C. Training 2010,
his candidature has been rejected on the ground that he has passed his
Prathama Examination from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Prayag. This Court in
the case of Shailendra Kumar Singh and ors. Vs. State of U.P. and ors.,
(2004) 2 UPLBEC 1716 has held that such examination certificate by Hindi
Sahitya Sammelan Prayag are of no legal consequence.

In view of the said judgment, the candidature of the petitioner has rightly been
rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
