this second appeal and his statement as recorded in the order dated

and appears to have been wrongly recorded.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances the order dated 11.1.2010
(ordersheet) stands withdrawn. Office is directed not to print the
name of Sri A.R. Dubey in the cause list. Office is further directed
to give report regarding service of notice to engage another
counsel by the next date of listing.
