Heard learned counsel for the appellant and

State.

The solitary appellant stands convicted for

the offence under section 376 and 457 of the Indian

Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous

imprisonment for eight years and pay a fine of Rs.

5000/- in default to further undergo S.I. for three

months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of

the case and nature of allegation, at this stage, I am

not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. Hence,

Interlocutory Application No. 572 of 2011 stands

dismissed.
