FACTS

By his letter of 18/07/2008, the Appellant has sought information on 15 paras
regarding the quality, quantity and tariff in respect of water supplied to MIG flats in
Madipur area. He has raised these queries with respect to his letter dated 24/06/2008
purportedly addressed to the Vice Chairman, DDA.
2. The matter was heard on 04/06/2009. The Appellant did not appear before the
Commission. The DDA is represented by the officers named above. Shri S.K. Gupta,
SE(HQ), produces before this Commission its letter dated 27/01/2009 addressed to the
Appellant in File No.CIC/S/A/2008/00015 wherein the Appellant was advised to file first
appeal before the Chief Engineer, DDA, Dwarka, for appropriate decision. Whether or
not he has filed first appeal is not known to the Commission. The present appeal
precedes this Commission’s letter referred to above. During the hearing, Shri Bhatia
would submit that parawise response had been given to the Appellant vide letter dated
05/02/2009. He also informs that there is no complaint regarding the quality of water
being supplied to the MIG flats in Madipur area.
DECISION
3. Be it as it may, Shri Virender Bhatia, Director (MM), DDA, new Delhi, is hereby
directed to call the Appellant to his office for ascertaining his problems and providing
practicable solutions thereto.
4. The matter stands closed at the Commission’s end.
