Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of order dated
23.11.2009 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation in Reference no.592
u/s 48 (3) of U.P.C.H. Act and order dated 9th July, 2004 passed in said
reference shall remain stayed. The petitioners shall not be dispossessed from
their chaks and Gaon Sabha is further restrained from allotting the land in
dispute to any other person.
