Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 states
that the respondent no.1 indisposed and therefore, he could not file
counter affidavit nor be present in person before this Court as
required by the order dated 1.7.2010.

As prayed by learned Standing Counsel, let this matter be listed
again on 9.8.2010, by which time respondent no.1 shall comply
with the direction issued by this Court on 1.7.2010.
