2. 08.11.2011 In view of the statement made by the victim under

section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the facts stated in the F.I.R.

relating to offence under Section 366 of the Indian Penal

Code in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2011

and statement made in the affidavit in support of bail

application, in my opinion, it is a fit case in which applicant

should be released on bail

Accordingly, the applicant shall be released on

bail on furnishing sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M.

concerned.
