Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
parties and considreing the circumstances of the instant
case, we direct the Tribunal concerned to release 50 % (fifty
percent) of the total awarded amount already deposited by
the appellant to the claimants/respondents within a period of
one month from today from the date of production of a
certified copy of this order.

List immediately after one month.
