appellants, two weeks time is granted to file the required

affidavit showing jointness of the respondent nos.23 and

24 with their brothers. If the required affidavit is not filed

within the said two weeks, the appellant shall take fresh

steps for appeal notice on respondent nos.23 and 24 within

next one week in ordinary process. Peremptory.
