Mr. Nitin Trivedi, for the petitioner.

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court against his

transfer from Government Primary School, Vishnoin Ki Dhani,

Jhipasni, Mandore, Jodhpur to Government Primary School,

Ekalkhori, Osia, Jodhpur vide order Annex-1 dated 26.09.2010.

Against the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has already

submitted a representation on 28.09.2010 (Annex-4), however, the

representation filed by the petitioner has not been decided till today

3. Considering the submissions made at the bar, it is

considered expedient to direct the respondent- competent authority to

decide the representation filed by the petitioner by speaking order

dealing with the relevant facts and circumstances of the case and

determine all the points raised by the petitioner separately within a

period of four weeks from today. It is only after such speaking order is

passed and the same is adverse to the petitioner that the petitioner is

free to avail his legal remedy.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this

order be sent to the respondents forthwith.
