Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
The applicant has been convicted in Case Crime No. 112 of 2008, under
sections 498A, 304-B IPC and ¾ D.P. Act, P.S.Shankargarh, District-
Allahabad.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a lady
and mother-in-law. She is languishing in jail since July, 2008. Trial court was
directed to expedite the case. She was released on parole by this court and she
did not misuse the parole and had surrendered within prescribed time. The
trial is going on and has not been concluded till date.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view that
the applicant is a lady, I consider it would be appropriate to release the lady
on bail.
Let applicant Smt. Janki w/o Sri Ram Pal be enlarged on bail on her
furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 1 lac with two sureties each in the like
amount to the satisfaction of concerned court in the above case crime for
above offence.
