present writ application has already been decided by the Division

Bench in LPA No. 634 of 2011 along with analogous appeals. The

claim of the petitioner will be governed by the said order if it

comes within the parameter of the said order. No separate decision

is required to be rendered by this Court. This writ application

stands disposed of with the above observation.
