Challenging Ext. P1 order passed by the first respondent ,

the petitioner has filed Ext. P2 Revision Petition along with a

stay petition under Section 83(1) of the Kerala Revenue Recovery

Act, which are stated as pending consideration. The grievance

of the petitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of

the above proceedings before the 2nd respondent, the first

respondent is proceeding with further coercive steps, issuing

sale notice as borne by Ext. P4, which hence is sought to be

intercepted in this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second

respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext. P2 Revision Petition , in accordance with law, after giving an

opportunity of hearing to all concerned, which shall be finalised

months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Till

such time, all further coercive proceedings shall be kept in

abeyance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
