Heard Sri O.P.M. Tripathi learned counsel for the petitioner who has filed
Supplementary Affidavit after giving copy to the learned Standing Counsel. It
is taken on record.

A request has been made by counsel for the opposite party that since the
Manager of the college D.C. Mukherjee is not well, hence the direction of this
court could not be complied with. A date for decision has been fixed as
16.8.2010 by the District Inspector of Schools when hopefully the matter will
be taken up and a decision will be taken.
