Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks’
time to file counter affidavit, failing which the respondent no.2,
Director of Education Basic Camp Nishatganj, Lucknow shall
appear in person on the next date fixed alongwith relevant record
and instructions to assist the Court.
