---Opp. Parties
-----------
8. 14.9.2010 Separate show cause has been filed on behalf of the
opposite parties.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
counsel appearing for the opposite party-B.R.A. Bihar University,
-2-
J.P. University as also the State.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that so far the
claims of the petitioner against the opposite party-J.P. University are
concerned, that have been met and the petitioner has no claim.
However, so far as the claims against opposite party no.6-B.R.A.
Bihar University are concerned, the same has remained.
Mr Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel appearing for
opposite party no.6 submits that the necessary fund has been
provided to J.P. University to make the payment of such employees
whose services were transferred to J.P. University after the B.R.A.
Bihar University was bifurcated in the year 1992.
Mr Ajay, learned counsel appearing for the J.P. University
submits that if the claim still remains to be settled, the same would
be considered.
In this view of the matter, the contempt application stands
disposed of.
However, it is expected that the balance claim of the
petitioner, if any, would be settled by opposite party no.4
expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months.
