Rule.

Learned A.P.P. Mr. I.M.Pandya waives service on behalf of the
respondent no.2 and Mr. Ashish D.Oza waives service on behalf of the
respondent no.1.

This is
an application for condonation of day of 93 days that has occasioned
in filing Criminal Revision Application no.280 of 2005.

Considering
the averments made in the application paragraph 4 of the application,
I am satisfied that the delay has been satisfactorily explained and
sufficient cause is shown. Hence, the application deserves to be
allowed.

Accordingly,
application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
