(MAYURBHANJ) : Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Chief Minister of Jharkhand has publicly announced that Santali Language will be included in the 8th Schedule to the Constitution. The Hon. Prime Minister will formally declare the same on 15 November, 2003 at Ranchi, Capital of Jharkhand. The tribal people are happy about this announcement but are suspicious whether this is a political propaganda. Hence, the Hon. Prime Minister should clear the position soon.
