3 16-11-2011 In the last paragraph of the order dated 13.10.2011, it

should be read as “Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2010”

instead of “Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2011”.

The said mistake perpetuated in the order sheet since it was

wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion.

Let the petitioner make necessary correction in the prayer

portion.

The order dated 13.10.2011 stands modified to the extent

as indicated above.

Let the order be transmitted to the learned court below

through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
