Chairman and Managing Director, The British India Corporation Limited,
Cawnpore Woolen Mills Branch, Civil Lines, Kanpur as opposite party no. 2
in the array of the opposite parties.

The impleadment application is allowed.

Let necessary incorporation be carried out during the course of the day.

Notice may also be issued to the newly added opposite party, who may file his
counter affidavit within two weeks from the date of receipt of the notice.
