Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there
was no recovery from the person of the petitioner. All the recoveries were made from
the house, which was inhabited by another person. He is behind bars since 23 rd
October, 2009.
The learned Public Prosecutor is not in a position to
bring any other fact on record against the petitioner.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this
Court considers it appropriate that the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in
connection with Kotwali (Sukhdeonagar) P.S Case No. 693 of 2009, G.R. No. 4176
of 2009, subject to the condition that he shall report to the concerned Police Station
once in a month, failing which his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
