                            J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a registered owner of a Stage

Carriage bearing registration No.KL 13 K 7171 operating on the

route Panoor – Thalassery. For revision of timings the petitioner

has submitted Ext.P1 application. It is an application submitted

in terms of Rule 145(7) of the Kerala Motor Vehicle Rules.

Admittedly, the said application has been received by the

respondent. Therefore the respondent is bound to consider and

pass orders thereon.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction

to the respondent to consider Ext. P1 application and pass

orders thereon, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment with

notice to the petitioner and other operators on the route.
