Heard Mr Aditya Tiwari, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr
Rakesh Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tahsildar initiated
proceedings against the opposite party nos.2 to 4 and sent notices to all
parties on 20.12.2006 and since then, the opposite party No.1 is not
deciding the case No.396 under Section 122-B of the Uttar Pradesh
Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act since 20.12.2004.
As the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous in nature, issuance of notice
to the private respondents is dispensed with.
Accordingly, the opposite party No.1 is directed to decide case No.396
under Section 122-B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land
Reforms Act, in accordance with law, latest by 30.6.2011.
The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of above.
