Mr.

S.M. Shah, learned counsel for the applicant states under
instructions of his client that talks of settlement are going on and,
therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the application. But he
states that in case, if the settlement is not materialized, he may be
at the liberty to file application for interim injunction.

Mehul Sharad Shah as well as Mr. Premal Joshi, learned counsels for
respective opponents state that as per their instructions, there are
no talks of settlement.
