counsel appearing for the State for filing

supplementary counter affidavit but the same has not

been filed by the counsel appearing for the State. He

prays for more time for filing supplementary counter

affidavit.

Put up this matter on 6th may, 2011, retaining

its position.

In the meantime, supplementary counter

affidavit must be filed.
