Sri Abhisht Saran, holding brief of Sri A.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the
petitioner submitted that the matter has been listed after long time, he needs
time to seek instructions from his client to file rejoinder affidavit.

The case is relating to the year 1992. However, in the interest of justice the
case is adjourned today. It shall be listed in the week commencing 12th July,
2010. On the next date the counsel for the petitioner shall come to argue the
matter finally.
