Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
appearing for the State.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that main
role has been assigned to co-accused Sonu and co-accused
Avinash alias D.J. has been gratned bail by this court.
Learned A.G.A. contended that the applicant was involved in
committing the murder of the deceased.
Main role has of firing has been assigned to the co-accused Sonu.
The applicant is in jail since 14.5 .2010. Distinguishing the case of
the applicant to co-accused Sonu and without expressing any
opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be
released on bail.
Let the applicant Lalu Shukla involved in Case Crime No. 570 of
2010 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 IPC & Section 25/27
Arms Act and Section 7 Crl. Law Amendment Act, Police Station
Jalaun, District Jalaun be released on bail on his furnishing a
personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the court concerned.
