learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail

custody since 06.09.2011 on the ground that 500 gm. Ganja and one

plant of Ganja were recovered from his Khalian, let the petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with

Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2011.
