bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order

dated 14.12.2010 by this court in Cr. Misc. No.

43986 of 2010 in connection with Complaint Case

No. 75/2010 pending before the Sub-Divisional

Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

After some arguments, learned counsel for

the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this

application with a liberty to agitate all his points

before the court below at the appropriate stage.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application stands

disposed of as withdrawn.
