ORAL ORDER

1. Learned
advocate Mr. Mehta for the petitioner places on record a certified
copy of judgment and order dated 20.10.2010, whereby Criminal Appeal
No.13 of 2010 filed against the petitioner is dismissed by the
learned Additional Sessions Judge and Presiding Officer, 3rd
Fast Track Court, Junagadh. In view of that, the cause for putting
the order of granting provisional pension in abeyance does not
survive. The respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders in
accordance with law as early as possible but not later than one week
from the date of receipt of this order.

2. Learned
Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Pathak submitted that the order
whereby the provisional pension was put in abeyance is already
revoked by order dated 18.9.2010.

3. A
copy of this order be made available to the learned Assistant
Government Pleader for its onward communication for compliance.
