Patel for the petitioners. The learned senior advocate places on
record a copy of order dated 24th November 2010 in Special
Civil Application No.13042 of 2010. The learned senior advocate for
the petitioners also invited attention of the Court to Annexure ‘F’,
page 51-an application dated 25th January 2008 and also to
the Minutes of the District Valuation Committee held on 23th
June 2009, Annexure ‘O’, wherein item no.7 pertains to the land in
