Raising the grievance against selection and appointment of respondent no. 6
to the post of Shiksha Mitra the petitioner claims to have approached the
District Magistrate, Varanasi by means of the representation dated 15.07.2009
(Annexure-5 to the writ petition) but the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly submits that in case any such representation
is pending the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ
petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the District Magistrate,
Varanasi to consider and decide petitioner’s representation dated 15.07.2009
(Annexure-5 to the writ petition) after giving opportunity of hearing to all
concerned parties by a speaking order within a period of two months from the
date of production of a certified copy of this order.
