Rule.

Stay of the impugned order of the Labour Court, Ahmedabad on
condition that the petitioner will deposit, with the Registry of this
Court, amount of Rs.28,179/-, as directed by the Labour Court, which
will be invested in FDR with a nationalized bank initially for a
period of three years and interest accrued on the same quarterly will
be paid to the respondent.

Notice
for confirmation of interim relief returnable on 4th
October 2010.

The
amount will be deposited before the returnable date.
