                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner who claims that he has been unjustifiably denied

promotion to the post of Manager, on the premise that he is a

physically handicapped person, has brought his grievance to the notice

of the government vide Ext.P6.

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent

to consider and take appropriate action on Ext.P6, after hearing the

petitioner and calling for remarks from the second respondent, within

a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
