directed to be deposited by the

petitioner and the matter was

forwarded to Mediation and

Conciliation Centre of this

Court, but since respondent

no.3 Smt.Mithilesh Kumari

did not turn up as such

litigation between the parties

have been failed.

It was directed that Rs.4000/-

shall be given to Smt.

Mithilesh Kumari, but since

she did not appear before the

Mediation and Conciliation

Centre of this Court,
Rs.4000/- shall be refunded to

the petitioner by the office of

this Court within three days.

Accordingly, the application

is disposed of.
