02. 03.03.2011 Earlier attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail was

permitted to be withdrawn under orders dated 18.12.2008 passed in Cr.

Misc. No.36364 of 2008, Annexure-1 with liberty that he may renew his

prayer after he is admitted to the privilege of bail in connection with

Barun P.S. Case No.204 of 2007. It is submitted on behalf of the

petitioner that he has been acquitted in Barun P.S. Case No.204 of 2007.

Let the court below confirm the aforesaid fact and if it is true

that petitioner above named has been acquitted in connection with Barun

P.S. Case No.204 of 2007 he be admitted to the privilege of bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, FTC-II,

Aurangabad in connection with S.Tr. No.305 of 2008/575 of 2009 arising

out of Aurangabad(Town) P.S. Case No.319 of 2007.
