                                       ORDER

Shri Vinay Gupta, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 24.1.2011
before the Commission against Delhi Police, Outer District, Delhi for providing
incorrect reply to his RTI-request dated 20.9.2010, which came up for hearing on
29.04.2011. The appellant was absent, whereas the respondents were
represented by Shri Hem Chand, ACP, Shri Mahesh Meena, SHO, Shri Dilip
Shukla, Inspector and Shri Madan Lal, SI.

2. The appellant filed RTI-request dated 20.9.2010, seeking information on
three RTI-queries , which was point-wise replied to by PIO vide letter No. 6346/ID
No. 2166/10/RTI Cell/Outer District dated 27.10.2010.

3. Aggrieved by the decision of PIO, the appellant preferred first-appeal on
13.12.2010. The FAA vide order No. 04/Appeal/RTI/Outer District dated
4.1.2011 has decided appellant’s first-appeal with the direction to PIO to provide
information on Point No. 1 to the appellant.

4. During the hearing the respondents submitted that in compliance with the
FAA’s direction the appellant was provided information on Point No. 1 and 2 vide
letter No. 247/RTI Cell/Outer District dated 13.1.2011.

5. After hearing the respondents and on perusal of the relevant documents
on file, the Commission observed that the requisite information, permissible
under the RTI Act, has been provided by the respondents to the appellant, within
stipulated period.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of at Commission’s end.
