Present application has been filed seeking extension of time
granted under order dated 26.03.2011, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45207 of
2010 whereby they were directed to surrender within 04 weeks
whereafter the Court below was directed to release them on bail.
For the reasons stated in the modification application and the
submissions made in support thereof, the application is allowed. The
time/period granted under order dated 26.03.2011 is extended by 02
weeks from today.
The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court of Sub
Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria through Fax at the cost to be
deposited by the petitioners.
