                                   JUDGMENT

The Contempt of Court Case is filed by the petitioner in W.P.(C)

No.19909 of 2007 alleging that the respondents have not complied with

the direction issued by this Court. Learned Government Pleader

submitted that the Director of Technical Education has passed an order

dated 24.1.2009 and that the direction has been complied with. The

submission made by the learned Government Pleader is recorded and

the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
