Order on Civil Misc. Release Application No. 84603 of 2010

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments
made in the aforesaid release application as well as after perusing the
impugned award and the order dated 15.7.2009 passed by this Court, it is
directed that 50% of the amount so deposited by the appellants shall be
released in favour of the claimants in the ratio in which the award has been
made within a period of 15 days from today.

The release application is disposed of accordingly.

Counter affidavit may be filed within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder
affidavit may be filed within a period four weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.
