                           J U D G M E N T

In the matter of release of vehicle, there is already an

interim order dated 01.01.2008. This writ petition is disposed of

in terms of the interim order making it also clear that it will be

open to the first respondent to take appropriate action in

accordance with law in the matter, in case the vehicle is involved

in any illegal activity of transportation of sand.
