ORDER
1. By
way of this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of
India, petitioners-original plaintiffs have prayed for an
appropriate writ, order or direction for issuance of a suitable
direction directing the learned trial court i.e. learned City Civil
Court, Ahmedabad to decide and dispose of Civil Suit No.4336 of 1996
expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 1996 and more than
12 years have been passed, the learned City Civil Court is directed
to see that Civil Suit No.4336 of 1996 is decided and disposed of as
expeditiously as possible but not later than 31st
December, 2009. All concerned are directed to cooperate the learned
City Civil Court, Ahmedabad in expeditious hearing of the aforesaid
suit and within the stipulated time as stated above.
3. With
these, present Special Civil Application is disposed of. Registry is
directed to send writ of this order to the City Civil Court,
Ahmedabad immediately.
