This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer that
the trial court may be directed to expedite the disposal of S.T. No. 483/2006
State of U.P. vs. Rajesh Kumar Gupta and others P.S. Jhusi District Allahabad
pending in the court of Additional District Session Judge (Room no. 15) at
Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that the sessions trial is pending
in the Court since 2006 but the accused persons are lingering the case by
taking adjournments on one or the other ground.
I considered over the matter. The case is under Section 304B I.P.C. etc. and is
pending in the court since 2006.
The trial court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case at an early date.
The court will not allow unnecessary adjournments to the accused persons
specially when the prosecution witnesses are present in the court.
