Information Sought:

On 30/04/ 2007, the applicant received the amount of Rs 3,67000 as a debt from the Bank but on the same
day why Rs 2245 were deducted from my account?

On 16/05/2008 bank deducted the amount of 4578 rupees from my account for the payment of installment
on tractor insurance but despite the decrease in third installment bank deducted 4990 rupees from the
account on 14/05/2009. .

Why on 31/05/2008 the amount of 3892 rupees was deducted from my account?
Why again on 31/07/2008 the amount of 3995 rupees was deducted from the account?. On 17/11/2008, in
a single day the amount of 4037 and 3947 was deducted from my account. Give the reasons for this
deduction
Why there is a difference of dates of deposit & withdrawal in passbook and statement of the bank?
How many times the interest is calculated on the loan?
Is processing charge, inspection charge, and supervision charge calculated on yearly basis? If yes, why
so?

On16/01/2008, 17/09/2008, & 28/09/2009, the amount of 10,303, 23000, and 20,278 was deducted as
interest from my account respectively. Then why on 30/12/2008, Rs 3851, on 02/01/2009, Rs 3858, on
23/03/2009 Rs 1655. and on 07/05/2009 , Rs 5030 were deducted from my account ?

Grounds for the First Appeal:

Information was not provided within prescribed period.
Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):

The CPIO had provided the required information on applicant application dated 14/09/2009 by his letter
no. mkk/RTI/219 of 09/10/2009, within the prescribed period. But applicant mentioned that he did not
receive copy of the reply by CPIO. So, it ordered that CPIO again will send the copy of his reply to the
applicant.

Grounds for the Second Appeal:

Information provided unsatisfactory and misleading.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:

Both the parties were given an opportunity for hearing. However, neither party appeared. From a perusal
of the papers it appears that the specific information for various deductions mentioned by the Appellant
was not provided. The PIO has claimed no exemption for refusing this information.

Decision:

The Appeal is allowed.

The PIO is directed to provide the complete information sought by the Appellant
before 30 November 2011 as per the records. If there are no reasons available on the
records for any of the deduction this should be stated.
This decision is announced in open chamber.

Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
