Sri Devesh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the applicants has
stated that due to strike of the Advocates at Kanpur Nagar, the applicant could
not appear and surrender before the Court below pursuant to the earlier order
of this Court dated 11.03.2010.

As prayed, two weeks’ further time is granted to the applicants to appear and
surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court
dated 11.03.2010. In case the applicants do not appear and surrender before
the court below within the aforesaid extended time, coercive action shall be
taken against them.
