Sri Suresh Kumar Yadav, Investigating Officer of case Crime No. 403 of
2010, under Section 364 IPC which was later on converted into Sections 363
and 366 IPC, is present today. He informs that he is trying his level best to
trace out the prosecutrix who could not be traced out so far. He has obtained
search warrant from the court for the recovery of prosecutrix.

A detailed order has been passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6317
(MB) of 2010 (Mahendra Singh Dhoni & Another Vs. State of U.P. &
Others). Therefore, this petition is connected with the Writ Petition No. 6317
(MB) of 2010. The Investigating Officer need not to appear on the next date
until he is called for.
