ORDER
1. The present petition dt.8.8.11 emanates from the grievance of the Appellant at not having received
any response from the Appellate Authority to his appeal dt.12.5.11 in which he had intimated to the
AA that the documents received by him from the PIO to his RTI application dated 7.4.11 are not
attested.
Decision
2. During the hearing, the Commission received a rejoinder dt.1.11.11 stating that on 19.8.11, the
Appellant was again provided with another set of attested documents as required by him.
3. Since complete information has been provided, the Commission directs that the case be closed.
