                          J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 is an application made by the petitioner seeking

revaluation of one of the answer papers of his 8th semester

B.Tech Degree Examination. The complaint is that there has not

been any progress in the matter.

Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and also the

standing counsel for the University and taking into account the

urgency pointed out by the petitioner, I dispose of this writ

petition directing that the revaluation applied for by the petitioner

shall be expedited and completed as expeditiously as possible

and at any rate within six weeks of receipt of a copy of this

judgment. This shall however be subject to the condition that

the application made is otherwise in order.
