1 Having
considered the submission made by Mr. R.C. Kodekar, learned APP,
for the applicant – State of Gujarat and a perusal of the
impugned judgment and order dated 3.7.2010, rendered in Sessions
Case No. 9 of 2009, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast
Track Court No.3, Vadodara, acquitting the respondent-accused of the
offences under Sections 255,260, 465, 419, 467, 468 and 471 of the
Indian Penal Code, according to us, this is a fit case to grant
Leave to file appeal.

2 Hence,
Leave to file Appeal is granted.

application stands disposed of accordingly.
